TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR INSTALLATION REFERRALS FROM THIS WEBSITE
If you request a quotation for installation of an EV charger through this website you will be referred to one of our installation partners. Any quotation provided, and any installation carried out, will be under a contract between you and the installation partner and Luceco has no liability for the actions of any installation partner.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASES MADE FROM THIS WEBSITE
ORDERS
Once you’ve submitted an order to purchase goods from this website you’ll be given an order number and details of the products you have ordered. You’ll then receive an order confirmation email recognising receipt of your order. If we have to cancel all or part of your order for any reason, we will email you to let you know.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure all details, descriptions and prices of products and services are correct at the time the information was entered onto the system. In the event of any inaccuracies we may have to cancel your order at any time, even if you have received your order confirmation email, and you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order and the delivery charge (if any). You’ll see all these in your Shopping Basket before you submit an order. Payment is deducted once an order is submitted.
When deciding whether to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any information received from our accredited identity verification partner. For example, we may pass on your details for them to check against certain public and private databases. This will help to protect you and us from fraudulent activities.
DELIVERY
We offer free next working day delivery to the majority of the United Kingdom on all orders placed on our website before 2pm on weekdays. Orders placed after 2pm or at the weekend will be despatched the next working day and arrive the following day.
Certain areas of the United Kingdom are not eligible for next day delivery and you should allow at least two days for delivery to these areas, including Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Islands, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland. We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom.
Although we will always try to meet these delivery times, occasional delays may result from extremely busy periods, extreme weather or other events outside our control. We do not have any liability in the event of delay. In the event of non-delivery our maximum liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the products.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
You can cancel your order and return a product to us within 30 days of delivery even if you have opened it for inspection. To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us that you want to return a product and follow the instructions provided in the Returns section of our website. We must receive returned products within 30 days of the original delivery to you. Products must be returned as new, unused and where possible, in the original packaging.
